Apparently the tenants we had (they moved out a week ago) is basically shit talking us. First of all, I don’t think they are in any position to judge ANYTHING. I’ve been practicing seeing the good and think that everyone has some good in them. These people are seriously making me change my mind, these people are borderline “low life – under dog shit” type of people.

But yeah, these pathetic people basically made a HUGE post on facebook then have the nerve to use the remove friend feature. I personally don’t care because them moving out actually made my life better. It’s just sad how they enjoy talking shit and is so cowardly about it.

So, as revenge (something I haven’t practiced for a while), I am going to post how BAD was it as their landlord.

1. They are bad enough that our PSEG bill hit the 4 digits. Because one of them doesn’t have a job and just stays home and watches tv and living off the government. FYI, my company’s PSEG bill is LESS – and they have shit on 24/7

2. They clog the toilet every time. Shit without flushing. Their son pees in the waste basket. Throws hair down the toilet.

3. They cook shit in their slow cooker and leaves it in it for DAYS. Doesn’t do their own dishes, and I know because I end up doing the dishes because I need to use the kitchen.

4. I think their son is borderline retarded. The kid needs attention – everytime he says something they told him the shut up. They ignore it when he cries and his diet is extremely unhealthy. Their daughter is basically skin and bones.

5. They both enjoy to talk big. I also fell into the trap when they first moved in with us – with the whole “i’ll help fix up the pool blah blah blah” – This is what I call a bullshitter.

6. It is common courtesy that you take out the garbage if its full when you put the last piece of garbage in. Nope, these people make sure it topples all the way on top and makes sure the BAGS doesn’t close…

7. Thanks to the husband’s smoking habits – our front walkway is full of cigarette buds.

8. They hit their kid. On the head. Like I said, if the kid isn’t born retarded, it will be retarded.

9. These are the type of people are the type that demands respect because of their chosen field. They think people should treat them favorably – when in reality they are just a bunch of no goal losers that is supported by the government.

10. They steal.

11. Both of the adults have the mental compatibly of a teenager. The choices they make in certain decisions are clear.

12. They are the type of people that likes to brag but have nothing to support.

13. Always late on rent. Always.

14. Will find any excuse in the book if they did something wrong…

I sat down and had a 5 course meal for… 2 hours. The food was really good. Judging by the location of the restaurant, I would assume that majority of their clients are business people. I talked to one of the waiters and he said that many of them asks for limousines and car service. But of course, do not mix business and pleasure!

The service was top notched! (Maybe it had something to do with the VIP table) – Each dish was presented with care and our waiter will tell us what goes into the dish and then the chef would tell us about the key dishes.

I will review all the dishes we had at Blue Morel but that will make this post 500 pages long. So I will do them separately!

What I Have to Say: I like collecting cleansers. I had to stop myself from buying NEW cleansers because I am absolutely in love with cleaner packaging. Unfortunately, I’m not a big fan of this product. I don’t like the texture of it, I don’t like the smell of it and it also makes me break out more :/

So I don’t know if this is considered wonderful news or what. I guess I have decided to pick up web designing again. I know it is on and off – but today something really clicked. I have a lot of time on my hands and might as well learn something new right?

I just checked the amount of time left on this domain, the service holds up until 2014! I have two more years to go! Hopefully by the two years, I have changed this place into my own personal little wonderland!

My first project will be PGOE – Which stands for “Pretty Girls, Over Easy”. It’s very simple actually – It is going to be a collection of my art pieces (if I still have any left lol) and comics that I decided to draw. And from there we will see where this goes!

I am also looking for a fellow blogger or two to review the beautiful world around them!

What I Have to Say: My first impression of this is…”what the heck is this…” I was trying to figure out if it was for my face or lips lol. I love the packaging though… and it’s totally awesome that it’s made by a fellow Chinese!

Where I got it: March GlamBag

Pros: I actually really like it. It goes on silky smooth and it last quite a long time. It does however have a weird taste to it…

Cons: I don’t know if it was MY sample but I had a hard time squeezing the product out of its tube… and kinda pricy for lip balm…

Pros: The packets are cute and you can easily fit in your purse or wallet. After using it, it feels like you just brushed your teeth.

Cons: The price. You need a cup. It just FEELS like you brushed your teeth… no cleaning is actually involved…

Pros: Texture is nice. Its oil free (since I have oily skin) It goes on smoothly and easy to use.

Cons: its freaking $38.

What I have to Say: This facial mask is from the February Glam Bag. My first impression was “alright cool, I always wanted to try it but too cheap to pay it a full supply”.

Pros: I like the texture of this product. The beads are very fine and I can go scrubbing for hours lol.

Cons: I absolutely hate the packaging, I feel like I have to squeeze very hard to get every last bit of product out. I am also not very fond on the smell either…

Rating: 5/10

Pros: What I really like how the nail polish is fast drying. It goes on evenly and doesn’t really clump when you apply it.

Cons: Like majority of the nail polishes out there, it begins to chip after a while. This one started to chip after one week.
